Serving in the military is not for everybody and it’s something to be extremely proud of especially on one of the most memorable days of your life. If you’re engaged and looking for a wedding photographer who is as like-minded as you and knows the military inside out then you have certainly come to the right place.

There are so many wedding photographers out there with different styles, different prices and packages it’s just so hard to choose but what you really need is somebody who understands the military, knows the banter and is on the same wavelength as you. I get many enquiries from serving personnel saying they want somebody who understands the military and not some random civvy who doesn’t. So if you’re looking for a military wedding photographer why not read on!

I served in the Marines for just over 22 years and have been photographing weddings throughout the UK for several years now. I have had the honour to capture many military weddings throughout the UK from serving and former serving personnel from all 3 services.

How I Work

I tend to photograph weddings on my own and in my own unposed and relaxed style. Nothing is staged and nothing is posed. Everything is taken completely naturally and without direction. I still cover all the group photos and couple-only photos but these are also very relaxed and the couple photos are certainly not posed!

This means there will be literally no intrusion by me at all throughout the day allowing you both to totally enjoy your wedding day with your guests and without the need of being taken away from all your family and friends for ages for loads of posed photographs. If posing is your thing I’m probably not the right photographer for you.

Location is also not a problem. Although I’m based in the RAF county of Lincolnshire I’m available throughout the UK and even destination weddings in Europe.
